Ustawa z dnia 31 lipca 1919 r. o przyznaniu dla cywilnych emerytowanych funkcjonarjuszów państwowych, kolejowych, dla nauczycieli szkół powszechnych, średnich i wyższych, jak też dla wdów i sierot po nich oraz księży emerytów nadzwyczajnego dodatku drożyźnianego.
