Law of June 15, 1920, concerning the general conscription of the birth years 1895 and 1902, the conscription of former non-commissioned officers born between 1890 and 1894 inclusive, and the conscription of former privates born between 1885 and 1894 inclusive, who served in foreign armies, or in the Polish army or formations, in cavalry, horse artillery, and horse border guard units.
