Regulation of the Minister of Military Affairs in agreement with the Minister of Finance concerning the implementation of the law of February 4, 1920, on granting an extraordinary cost-of-living allowance to pensions for former soldiers of the Russian and Austrian armies, as well as for their widows and orphans.
