Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 4 July 1921 on extending press regulations, regulations on printing houses, bookshops, performances, and name changes to the territories of the voivodeships of Nowogródek, Polesie, and Volhynia, and the districts of Grodno, Białowieża, and Wołkowysk of the Białystok Voivodeship.
Rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 4 lipca 1921 r. w przedmiocie rozciągnięcia na ziemie województw: nowogródzkiego, poleskiego i wołyńskiego oraz powiatów: grodzieńskiego, białowieskiego i wołkowyskiego województwa białostockiego przepisów prasowych, o zakładach drukarskich, składach druków, widowiskach i zmianie nazwisk.
