Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and State Property of 14 December 1920, issued in agreement with the Minister of Finance, the Minister of Public Works, the Minister of Supply, and the Minister of the former Prussian Partition, on the exemption of owners of small forest plots from the obligation to supply wood for reconstruction purposes and for the heating needs of the population.
