Regulation of the Council of Ministers of November 17, 1921, concerning the extension of the validity of provisions on technical administration to the voivodeships of Nowogródek, Polesie, and Wołyń, and to the districts of Grodno, Wołkowysk, and Białowieża of the Białystok Voivodeship.
