Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 23 October 1922 on extending to the entire territory of the Republic of Poland the provisions of the Russian Excise Law on excise patents for distilleries, spirits products, yeast, and for spirits sales establishments; further for the production of matches and cigarette tubes.
Rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 23 października 1922 r. w przedmiocie rozszerzenia na cały obszar Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej postanowień ros. ustawy akcyzowej o patentach akcyzowych na fabryki trunków, wyrobów ze spirytusu, drożdży oraz na zakłady sprzedaży trunków; dalej na wyrób zapałek i gilz (tutek) papierosowych.
