Regulation of the Minister of the Interior of December 18, 1923, issued in agreement with the Minister of Finance and the Minister of Public Health, concerning the transfer to the Provisional Self-Government Department of activities resulting from the law of July 28, 1887, organizing the legal relations of general and public hospitals, as well as maternity and lunatic asylums, and from the law of January 6, 1875, on covering the costs of treatment of the poor and sick in public hospitals of the former Kingdom of Galicia and Lodomeria with the Grand Duchy of Krakow.

Rozporządzenie Ministra Spraw Wewnętrznych z dnia 18 grudnia 1923 r. wydane w porozumieniu z Ministrem Skarbu i Ministrem Zdrowia Publicznego, w przedmiocie oddania Tymczasowemu Wydziałowi Samorządowemu czynności, wynikających z ustawy z dnia 28 lipca 1887 r., urządzającej prawne stosunki szpitali powszechnych i publicznych, tudzież zakładów dla położnic i obłąkanych, oraz z ustawy z dnia 6 stycznia 1875 r. o pokrywaniu kosztów leczenia ubogich, chorych w szpitalach publicznych b. Królestwa Galicji i Lodomerji z Wielkiem Księstwem Krakowskiem.
