Rozporządzenie Ministra Kolei Żelaznych z dnia 23 grudnia 1922 r. o wprowadzeniu tymczasowej komunikacji towarowej pomiędzy Polską (z wyłączeniem polskiego Śląska Górnego) z jednej a Polską (włączając w to stacje zarządzanych przez Polskę kolei obszaru W.M. Gdańska) z drugiej strony przez polski i niemiecki Śląsk Górny.
