Regulation of the Minister of Railways in agreement with the Ministers of Finance and Industry and Trade of July 9, 1923, on changes and additions to the temporary freight transport between Polish Upper Silesia and the rest of Poland (including stations of railways in the territory of the Free City of Gdańsk belonging to or managed by Poland) through German Upper Silesia.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Kolei Żelaznych w porozumieniu z Ministrami Skarbu oraz Przemysłu i Handlu z dnia 9 lipca 1923 r. o zmianach i uzupełnieniach tymczasowej komunikacji towarowej pomiędzy polskim Śląskiem Górnym a resztą Polski (włączając w to stacje należących do Polski, lub zarządzanych przez nią kolei obszaru W.M. Gdańska) przez Niemiecki Śląsk Górny.
