Regulation of the Minister of Public Works of September 25, 1923, issued in agreement with the Minister of the Treasury, the Minister of Agriculture and State Property, the Minister of the Interior, and the Minister of Justice, for the implementation of the Act of July 6, 1923, on the collection of forest tax for the reconstruction of the country.
