Regulation of the Minister of the Treasury in agreement with the Ministers of Internal Affairs and Justice of February 15, 1924, on the repeal of the regulation of September 3, 1918, on state permission for the establishment and increase of the share capital of limited liability companies and for the increase of the basic capital of joint-stock companies and limited partnerships on shares.

Rozporządzenie Ministra Skarbu w porozumieniu z Ministrami Spraw Wewnętrznych i Sprawiedliwości z dnia 15 lutego 1924 r. w przedmiocie uchylenia rozporządzenia z dnia 3 września 1918 r. o państwowem zezwoleniu na tworzenie i podwyższanie kapitału zakładowego spółek z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością i na podwyższanie kapitału podstawowego spółek akcyjnych i spółek komandytowych na akcje.
