Regulation of the Minister of Railways of October 28, 1924, issued in agreement with the Ministers of Finance, Industry and Trade, and Agriculture and State Property, on amendments and supplements to the regulation of July 15, 1924, on the temporary transport of goods belonging to private individuals on the standard-gauge railway lines under construction: Kutno-Płock, Zgierz-Kutno, and Nasielsk-Sierpc.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Kolei z dnia 28 października 1924 r. wydane w porozumieniu z Ministrami: Skarbu, Przemysłu i Handlu oraz Rolnictwa i Dóbr Państwowych o zmianach i uzupełnieniach rozporządzenia z dnia 15 lipca 1924 r. o tymczasowym przewozie towarów, należących do osób prywatnych, na będących w budowie linjach normalnotorowych kolei państwowych Kutno-Płock, Zgierz-Kutno i Nasielsk-Sierpc.
