Regulation of the Minister of Railways of March 24, 1925, issued in agreement with the Ministers of the Treasury, Industry and Trade, and Agriculture and State Property, on changes in the Regulation of July 15, 1924, on the temporary transport of goods belonging to private individuals on the under-construction standard-gauge railway lines Kutno-Płock and Zgierz-Kutno.
