Government Declaration of May 6, 1925, concerning the procedural rules of the Arbitration Tribunal for Amnesty Matters in the Upper Silesian Plebiscite Area, adopted by the said Tribunal on the basis of the provisions of para. 4, § 2, art. 1 of the Polish-German Agreement concerning Amnesty in the Upper Silesian Plebiscite Area, signed in Opole on June 21, 1922, and approved by the Law of July 27, 1922.
