Law of 17 December 1924 on the ratification of the postal and telegraph convention between the Republic of Poland on the one hand and the Russian Socialist Federative Soviet Republic, the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic, and the Byelorussian Soviet Socialist Republic (currently the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics) on the other, signed in Moscow on 24 May 1923, together with the final and supplementary protocols of the same date.
