Regulation of the Minister of Treasury of December 23, 1925, issued in agreement with the Minister of Industry and Trade, on the determination of the cost price of rectified spirit, the stamp duty on spirit produced within the State and imported from abroad, as well as from areas to which the spirit monopoly law does not extend, the selling prices of spirit and monopoly vodkas, and the additional taxation of stocks.

Rozporządzenie Ministra Skarbu z dnia 23 grudnia 1925 r. wydane w porozumieniu z Ministrem Przemysłu i Handlu o ustaleniu kosztów własnych spirytusu oczyszczonego, opłaty skarbowej od spirytusu, wyprodukowanego wewnątrz Państwa tudzież przywożonego z zagranicy oraz z obszarów, na które ustawa o monopolu spirytusowym się nie rozciąga, cen sprzedażnych spirytusu i wódek monopolowych oraz dodatkowego opodatkowania zapasów.
