Regulation of the Minister of Communications of April 12, 1927, issued in agreement with the Ministers of Justice, Finance, Industry and Trade, and Agriculture and State Property, on amendments to the Regulation of the Minister of Communications of January 26, 1927, on the introduction of direct goods transport between stations of Polish, Czechoslovakian, and Austrian railways on the one hand, and Bulgarian railway stations on the other.
