Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs of February 10, 1927, issued in agreement with the Minister of Finance, on the transfer to voivodes, acting in agreement with the presidents of tax chambers, and district departments of certain powers from the Act of August 11, 1923, on the temporary regulation of communal finances.
