Government declaration of October 4, 1927, concerning the declaration of the Japanese Government regarding the withdrawal of reservations made to Article 5 of the International Convention for the Suppression of the White Slave Traffic, signed in Geneva on September 30, 1921, and to paragraph B of the Final Protocol of the International Convention for the Suppression of the Traffic in Women and Children, signed in Paris on May 4, 1910.
