Regulation No. 4 of the Ministers of Public Works and the Treasury of November 30, 1927, in agreement with the Ministers of Internal Affairs and Justice, concerning the implementation of the Act of May 6, 1924, on state aid for the reconstruction of buildings destroyed or damaged as a result of military operations.
