Regulation of the Minister of Finance of February 14, 1928, on the registration of debentures of the former Russian State Land Bank for Nobility and certificates of the former Russian Peasant Land Bank, as well as registered receipts of credit institutions and other state and private institutions for deposited debentures or certificates of these banks.
