Government Declaration of March 28, 1928, concerning the admission of the Irish Free State among those members of the League of Nations and the International Labour Organisation who have ratified the protocol concerning the amendment to Article 393 of the Treaty of Peace of Versailles and to the corresponding articles of other peace treaties, signed in Geneva on June 14, 1923.
