Government Declaration of January 19, 1928, concerning the exchange of instruments of ratification of the Declaration, signed in Warsaw on February 8, 1927, between the Government of the Republic of Poland and the Government of the Czechoslovak Republic on the mutual loan of older files than provided for in Article 23, point d. of the Agreement between the Republic of Poland and the Czechoslovak Republic on legal and financial matters, signed in Warsaw on April 23, 1925.
