Government Declaration of December 7, 1928, concerning the ratification by the Governments of Austria, Chile, Czechoslovakia, Estonia, Finland, India, Ireland, Latvia, Sweden, Great Britain, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, and Italy of the international convention on the right of association and coalition of agricultural workers, adopted as a draft on November 12, 1921, in Geneva at the General Conference of the International Labour Organisation of the League of Nations.
