Law of 23 March 1929 on the ratification of the Protocol, signed in Moscow on 9 February 1929, between the Republic of Estonia, the Republic of Latvia, the Republic of Poland, the Kingdom of Romania, and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, on the immediate implementation in relations between the above-mentioned States of the Pact against War, signed in Paris on 27 August 1928.
