Regulation of the Minister of Finance of June 24, 1929, on the method of verifying which mortgage bonds of the former Russian land banks: Kyiv, Moscow, St. Petersburg-Tula, and Poltava, and bonds of the former Zhytomyr Municipal Credit Society, were owned by Polish citizens on March 26, 1928.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Skarbu z dnia 24 czerwca 1929 r. o sposobie stwierdzenia, które listy zastawne b. rosyjskich banków ziemskich: Kijowskiego, Moskiewskiego, Petersbursko-Tulskiego i Połtawskiego oraz obligacje b. Żytomierskiego Towarzystwa Kredytowego Miejskiego były własnością obywateli polskich w dniu 26 marca 1928 r.
