Regulation of the Minister of Finance of September 27, 1929, amending § 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of April 19, 1928, concerning the lottery of savings passbooks issued by the Postal Savings Bank on the basis of the Regulation of the President of the Republic of March 15, 1927, on the conversion of savings deposits in full-value currencies through Polish state institutions.
