Regulation of the Minister of Communication of December 4, 1929, issued in agreement with the Ministers of Justice, Industry and Trade, and Agriculture, concerning the Regulations for the transport of goods between railway stations in the territories of the Republic of Poland and the Free City of Gdańsk and the ports of the Levant by sea via the port of Constanța.
