Regulation of the Minister of Military Affairs and the Minister of Internal Affairs, in agreement with the Ministers of Agriculture, Public Works, Industry and Trade, Posts and Telegraphs, and Treasury, of December 3, 1930, on the amendment of certain provisions of the regulation of March 23, 1925, concerning the implementation of the Regulation of the President of the Republic of November 8, 1927, on the obligation to provide draft animals, carts, motor vehicles, and bicycles for state defense purposes.
