Law of 17 March 1931 on the ratification of: a) the Polish-German agreement, signed in Warsaw on 31 October 1929, together with the final protocol to Article II of the agreement, b) the agreements signed by Poland in The Hague on 20 January 1930, c) the agreements with France, Great Britain and Italy concerning the settlement by Poland of the debt incurred during the occupation of plebiscite territories, and d) the agreements signed in Paris on 28 April 1930, concerning Hungary's obligations arising from the Treaty of Trianon.

Ustawa z dnia 17 marca 1931 r. w sprawie ratyfikacji: a) porozumienia polsko-niemieckiego, podpisanego w Warszawie dnia 31 października 1929 r. wraz z protokółem końcowym ad art. II porozumienia, b) umów, podpisanych przez Polskę w Hadze dnia 20 stycznia 1930 r., c) umów z Francją, Wielką Brytanją i Włochami w sprawie uregulowania przez Polskę długu, powstałego w okupacji terytorjów plebiscytowych, oraz d) układów, podpisanych w Paryżu dnia 28 kwietnia 1930 r., w sprawie zobowiązań Węgier, wynikających z traktatu w Trianon.
