Government Declaration of March 13, 1931, concerning the deposit by the Netherlands Government, on behalf of the Netherlands, the Dutch East Indies, Suriname and Curaçao, of the instrument of ratification of the international protocol concerning the prohibition of the use in war of asphyxiating, poisonous or similar gases, and of bacteriological methods of warfare, signed in Geneva on June 17, 1925.
