Regulation of the Minister of Labour and Social Welfare of April 1, 1931, issued in agreement with the Minister of Industry and Trade and the Minister of Religious Denominations and Public Education, defining, within the scope of insurance for intellectual workers, the conditions of practice required for the classification of shop and bookstore salespeople and shop assistants as intellectual workers, and the preferential conditions for such classification.
