Government Declaration of July 18, 1931, concerning the accession of the colony (and protectorate) of Gambia, the protectorate of Uganda, and the mandated territory of Tanganyika to the international agreement concerning the suppression of the traffic in human beings, signed in Paris on May 18, 1904, and to the international convention concerning the suppression of the traffic in human beings, signed in Paris on May 4, 1910.
