Rozporządzenie Ministra Spraw Wewnętrznych z dnia 13 sierpnia 1931 r. wydane w porozumieniu z Ministrami: Pracy i Opieki Społecznej, Przemysłu i Handlu, Robót Publicznych, Rolnictwa, Wyznań Religijnych i Oświecenia Publicznego w sprawie organizacji urzędów wojewódzkich oraz trybu załatwiania spraw w tych urzędach.
