Government Statement of December 2, 1931, on the deposit by Canada, New Zealand and India of the instruments of ratification of the Agreement signed at The Hague on January 20, 1930, between Belgium, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the Union of South Africa, India, France, Greece, Italy, Japan, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Czechoslovakia and Yugoslavia concerning the final settlement by Czechoslovakia of the debt to other Powers entitled to reparations under the Treaties of Versailles, St. Germain, Trianon and Neuilly, as determined in the Agreement of September 10, 1919.
