Government Declaration of June 27, 1934, concerning the exchange of instruments of ratification of the additional convention between Poland and Germany, signed in Berlin on February 13, 1933, concerning the regulation of military transports provided for in Article 109, paragraph 1, sentence 2 of the convention between Poland and Germany on freedom of transit between East Prussia and the rest of Germany, signed in Paris on April 21, 1921.
