Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform of April 24, 1935, issued in agreement with the Minister of Finance concerning the principles and conditions for the State Treasury to take over, for the account of the Agrarian Reform Working Capital Fund, certain receivables of the State Agricultural Bank, and concerning the write-off and repayment conditions of these receivables.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Rolnictwa i Reform Rolnych z dnia 24 kwietnia 1935 r. wydane w porozumieniu z Ministrem Skarbu o zasadach i warunkach przejęcia na rzecz Skarbu Państwa na rachunek Funduszu Obrotowego Reformy Rolnej niektórych wierzytelności Państwowego Banku Rolnego oraz o umorzeniu i warunkach spłaty tych wierzytelności.
