Universal Postal Union Agreements: Universal Postal Convention, Agreement concerning postal parcels, Agreement concerning money orders and postal giro orders, Agreement concerning postal travellers' cheques, Agreement concerning the international carriage of small packets, Agreement concerning the international express mail service, and Agreement concerning the subscription to newspapers and periodicals, signed in Cairo on March 20, 1934 (ratified pursuant to the law of March 2, 1935).
