Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs of December 13, 1938, issued in agreement with the Ministers of Military Affairs, Social Welfare, Foreign Affairs, and Finance, on the transfer to the Municipal Board of the Capital City of Warsaw of the competencies of the poviat general administrative authority in matters concerning universal military service.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Spraw Wewnętrznych z dnia 13 grudnia 1938 r. wydane w porozumieniu z Ministrami: Spraw Wojskowych, Opieki Społecznej, Spraw Zagranicznych i Skarbu o przekazaniu Zarządowi Miejskiemu m. st. Warszawy kompetencyj powiatowej władzy administracji ogólnej w sprawach dotyczących powszechnego obowiązku wojskowego.
