Regulation of the Minister of the Treasury of February 21, 1939, on the amendment of the Regulation of the Minister of the Treasury of September 10, 1932, on the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of July 11, 1932, on the spirit monopoly, taxation of acetic acid and yeast, and sale of alcoholic beverages, issued regarding §1 item 1, 9-18, 20-22, 29 and 39 in agreement with the Minister of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform, and regarding §1 item 1, 3, 4, 22, 23 and 29 in agreement with the Minister of Industry and Trade, and regarding §§2 and 3 in agreement with the Ministers of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform and Industry and Trade.
