Regulation of the Ministers of Industry and Trade, Agriculture and Agrarian Reform, and Finance of April 15, 1939, issued in agreement with the Ministers of Military Affairs and Internal Affairs, on defining industrial and mining enterprises in connection with the universal obligation of in-kind contributions.
Rozporządzenie Ministrów: Przemysłu i Handlu, Rolnictwa i Reform Rolnych oraz Skarbu z dnia 15 kwietnia 1939 r. wydane w porozumieniu z Ministrami Spraw Wojskowych oraz Spraw Wewnętrznych o określeniu przedsiębiorstw przemysłowych i górniczych w związku z powszechnym obowiązkiem świadczeń rzeczowych.
