Exceptional Regulation of the Minister of the Interior of September 1, 1939, issued in agreement with the Ministers of Military Affairs, Finance, Communications, Agriculture and Agrarian Reform, Industry and Trade, and Posts and Telegraphs, on the protection of plants and enterprises whose normal operation is in the public interest.
Rozporządzenie wyjątkowe Ministra Spraw Wewnętrznych z dnia 1 września 1939 r. wydane w porozumieniu z Ministrami: Spraw Wojskowych, Skarbu, Komunikacji, Rolnictwa i Reform Rolnych, Przemysłu i Handlu oraz Poczt i Telegrafów o ochronie zakładu i przedsiębiorstw, których normalna działalność leży w interesie publicznym.
