Regulation of the Minister of Justice of April 5, 1946, concerning the establishment of the District Court in Częstochowa and the transfer of part of the land and mortgage registers from the land and mortgage departments of the District Courts in Kalisz, Piotrków, and Sosnowiec to the land and mortgage department of the District Court in Częstochowa.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Sprawiedliwości z dnia 5 kwietnia 1946 r. w sprawie utworzenia Sądu Okręgowego w Częstochowie i w sprawie przeniesienia części ksiąg hipotecznych z wydziałów hipotecznych Sądów Okręgowych w Kaliszu, Piotrkowie i Sosnowcu do wydziału hipotecznego Sądu Okręgowego w Częstochowie.
