Oświadczenie rządowe z dnia 10 marca 1948 r. w sprawie ratyfikacji przez Węgry, Holandię i Irlandię Porozumienia o zachowaniu lub przywróceniu praw własności przemysłowej, dotkniętych przez drugą wojnę światową, podpisanego w Neuchatel dnia 8 lutego 1947 r., jak również rozciągnięcia tego Porozumienia na Cejlon.
