Rozporządzenie Ministra Pracy i Opieki Społecznej z dnia 21 października 1948 r. wydane w porozumieniu z Ministrami: Obrony Narodowej, Administracji Publicznej, Ziem Odzyskanych i Skarbu w sprawie zasiłków i pomocy dla osób pozostałych po uczestnikach ruchu podziemnego i partyzanckiego, poległych w walce o wyzwolenie Polski spod najazdu hitlerowskiego.
