Oświadczenie rządowe z dnia 28 października 1948 r. w sprawie ratyfikacji przez Brazylię i Austrię Porozumienia o zachowaniu lub przywróceniu praw własności przemysłowej, dotkniętych przez drugą wojnę światową, podpisanego w Neuchatel dnia 8 lutego 1947 r., oraz w sprawie rozciągnięcia powyższego Porozumienia na zamorskie terytoria holenderskie.
