Regulation of the Council of Ministers of February 23, 1948, on the abolition of the Szczuczyn poviat and the establishment of the Grajewo poviat in Białystok Voivodeship, the Stopnica poviat and the establishment of the Busko poviat in Kielce Voivodeship, the Błonie poviat and the establishment of the Grodzisk Mazowiecki poviat in Warsaw Voivodeship, and the Nieszawa and Lubawa poviats and the establishment of the Aleksandrów and Nowe Miasto poviats in Pomeranian Voivodeship.
Rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 23 lutego 1948 r. o zniesieniu powiatów: szczuczyńskiego i utworzeniu powiatu grajewskiego w województwie białostockim, stopnickiego i utworzeniu powiatu buskiego w województwie kieleckim, błońskiego i utworzeniu powiatu grodzisko-mazowieckiego w województwie warszawskim oraz nieszawskiego i lubawskiego i utworzenia powiatów aleksandrowskiego i nowomiejskiego w województwie pomorskim.
