Regulation of the Council of Ministers of July 31, 1957, concerning the principles for determining the price of residential buildings and building land sold by the State, the method of repayment of receivables, the method of crediting investments made by the buyer towards the price, and the categories of persons who have priority in acquiring buildings and land.
Rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 31 lipca 1957 r. w sprawie zasad ustalania ceny domów mieszkalnych i gruntów budowlanych sprzedawanych przez Państwo, sposobu spłaty należności, sposobu zaliczania na pokrycie ceny nakładów poczynionych przez nabywcę oraz kategorii osób korzystających z pierwszeństwa przy nabywaniu domów i gruntów.
