Regulation of the Council of Ministers of March 1, 1968, on pensions and other monetary benefits from the transfer of agricultural real estate to state ownership, the procedure for taking over such real estate, and the procedure for exercising the pre-emptive right to buildings.
Rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 1 marca 1968 r. w sprawie rent i innych świadczeń pieniężnych z tytułu przekazania nieruchomości rolnych na własność Państwa, trybu postępowania przy przejmowaniu tych nieruchomości oraz trybu wykonywania prawa pierwokupu w stosunku do budynków.
